Estimate tower fill at basin capacity + circulating loop volume. A typical 500-ton commercial tower holds 5,000–10,000 gallons in the basin and 1,000–3,000 gallons in the loop. Data-center towers, multi-cell hospital towers, and process-cooling towers can run 25,000+ gallons per fill.

One 4,000-gallon tanker discharges in 30–45 minutes, so a 10,000-gallon fill is typically completed in 2.5–4 hours depending on truck rotation.
